Pictorial paper boards. 1cm loss to base of spine. Couple of small splits to top of spine, with a little chipping and small piece of loss. Corners are bumped and a little worn. Inscription in ink to edition page. A few grubby margin marks. Binding is starting to weaken at spine. Pictorial wrapper has 3/4 of rear flap torn out and missing; Just under an inch loss to base of spine and other chips with loss to edges. A few edge-tears. Still a nice copy of one of the rarer Ladybird books, in its original wrapper!

Pictorial paper boards. Spine and corners slightly bumped and worn. Small patch of surface paper damage to rear cover. Contents are detached from covers but very clean. Wrapper is edge creased and torn with a few pieces of loss to front corners, grubby with light pencil marks to rear panel.
