London: Collins. Near Fine in Good dust jacket. 1941. 1st UK Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. Near Fine burgundy coloured cloth-covered boards with bright gilt titling to front board. In the original pictorial dust-jacket. The dust-jacket is near complete with a small loss to the foot of the d/j spine but has a lot of old, and some newer, 'closed' tears and nicks here and there, also some tinting to 'match'. All of which are now repaired to the reverse of the d/j with clear archive tape. The d/j is price-clipped, and is now in a new protective clear - removable - bookfilm plastic cover and looks quite good. (See Images). Cover artist and lithographer not noted (but likely Hanhart and Stannard - this cover is VERY similar to 'PALERMO' which I also have listed for sale, but that copy has the Artist and Lithographers details.). Delightful pastel coloured lithograph to front cover. Light foxing/browning/few light marks to the blank edges surrounding the oval cover image. Small nick with loss (2 cm x 0.3 cm high) to blank top edge. Spine, taken from a bound album, showing some glue/sewing remains. 7 pp. Overall near Very Good. NO inscriptions. NO Date on the front but the Charles D'Albert's Album for 1858 advertised on the rear cover. See Images; 25 cm x 35 cm .

Green cloth covered boards, with bright gilt titling to the spine and top of the front cover, plus the price in blind at the foot of the spine. A blind-stamped border around the front and back covers, and the text "Casgliad gan T. A. Levi" in blind at the foot of the front cover. A little bumping to the head/tail of the spine and the corners but overall a well preserved copy. Page fore-edges dusty/toned with age. Internally browning to the endpapers, and a biro inscription in Welsh, dated 1954 to Ifor Wyn Rowlands (the late Prof Rowlands, Swansea University) from Hywel D. Roberts, on the front free blank endpaper. No other marks that I can see, and overall an attractive, very tight, clean copy. (viii) + 152 pp. A collection of Welsh songs/verse. ALL text in Welsh.
