Interior - clean and unmarked in a solid binding with strong hinges. 293 pp., some black and white photos. The story of the Triton, the first vessel to execute a submerged circumnavigation of the Earth.

Published by the author, 2012. Paperback. Good. Signed by the author/compiler Cleta Gresham Rokey, Bert's wife, "To Joe my good neighbor, Cleta Rokey" on the title page. A good copy but with wear to the cover edges and bending at the corner tips. The front cover has a bit of a lift. The interior is clean and unmarked and the binding is solid without creasing. 482 pp., some black and white photos at rear. A collection of Bert Rokey's letters from the South Pacific in World War II and the realities of rationing at home in Sabetha, Kansas. Rokey was part of the 24 Infantry Division, 34th Regiment - the Leyte Dragons.

A fair to good copy with the major flaw being soil to the page edges and covers. The soiling is a light brown and scattered in spots. The text is not affected, although the bottom corner of 2 pages are stuck together. General edgewear and some bending at the corner tips. Binding is solid. Previous owner's inscription on the title page from a marine in "George" company. 60 pp., filled with black and white photos and appendices detailing honors, officers and a chronology.

Signed by two of the soldiers from the Band of Brothers, Buck Compton and Don Malarkey, on the title page without inscription. Blue hardcover, 1st edition, in dustjacket. A very good copy with crimping at the spine tips and a shallow bump at the top of the rear board. Clean, square, and tight as if unread. Unclipped jacket with $24.95 price intact. Jacket has ruffling to the top panel edges and general light - bright and attractive with the 5/08 publishing marke rto the rear flap. 275 pp., indexed, black and white photo section. The story of paratrooper Buck Compton of Easy Company, nicely signed by two of the Band of Brothers.

Stated first printing but number line begins with "2." A very good copy, clean, straight and tight, with some darkening of the blue paper around the front joint. Minor shelf-wear to the spine tips. The jacket would also be very good if not for minor scuffing and soil to the panels, and rufflinga along the top edges of the panels. 346 pp., index, notes, and bibliography. Some black and white maps and charts. An in-depth look at some of the major sea battles of WWII.

Age-toning to the covers and text-block edges. Binding is solid, but lacking in tightness. "Property Of" section inside the rear cover is blank. A clean solid copy of this combat guide 95 pages, filled with black and white photos and illustrative drawings.

A fair to good copy with heavy wear to the cover edges and creasing at the front joint. Corners bumped and many pages are dog-eared. The binding is solid and without creases. 290 pp., black and white photos throughout. The story of the 54th Medical Detachment, Dust Off Helicopter Ambulances, and the heroism that brought Brady a Medal of Honor.

A good only copy with bending at the corners, a bit of a lift to the front edge of the cover, and general shelf-wear at the edges. Dampstaining along the top edge of the last 4 or 5 pages. Otherwise, the pages are clean and the binding is solid. 100 pages, an oblong photography book, black and white, of people who've come to honor the soldiers who died in the Vietnam War.

Covers and binding well worn with splitting to the binding tape in several places - staples are still solidly intact. Much sunning and fading to the green of the covers. Wear and some dog-earring to the corners of the pages - text mostly clean but with some minor thumbing at the edges. 2 autographs at rear on the bound in autograph sheet - interestingly from a Canadian air force pilot and a Kentucky sargeant. Article laid in on the opening of a Magnolia Legion building. A worn but interesting time piece with great cartoons of World War II, no date present, unpaginated. Dedicated to the aerial gunners of Harlingen Air Field.

The dustjacket is not as good with a short tear and crinkling to the bottom of the front fold, wear at the panel edges, and some scuffing to the panels. 523 pp., indexed, black and white photos at center. The incredible story of Pappy Gunn and his aerial exploits in World War II.

Tobler's account of his time in the African Campaign in the deserts of World War II.

Signed and inscribed on the front endpaper by Tuskegee Airman Roger C. Terry to Inez along with a second inscription perhaps from another airman but I can't make it out well enough to verify. Photo shows both signatures. A good copy with Wear at the edges and bending and scuffing at the spine tips. Smells lightly of incense from the previous owner. Binding solid and text clean and unmarked. 160 pp., filled with black and white photos of the airmen and their planes. A great little book, nicely signed. Terry went on to challenge officer segregation in the Freeman Field officer's club incident.
