Signed by the compiler, the author's granddaughter, on the title page, "Sherie, Happy Travels, Nancy Lang July 2014." Anear fine copy with minor bending at the rear cover corners being the only flaw. Clean, tight and bright! 148 pp., color and b/w reproductions of photos and documents throughout.

Xlibris Corporation, 2013. Revised. Paperback. Very Good. Oversized softcover. A very good copy with minor bending at the corners and a lift to the front cover. All pages clean and unmarked. Solid binding with no creasing at the spine. 167 pp., filled with full color photos of Oregon's 50 / 51 covered bridges. Beware - the photos and directions and some of the history are great BUT the author has a hard time with grammar in general... Still worth the time if you love the local history of these beautiful bridges.

White cloth hardcover in jacket, signed and inscribed by the primary editor on the title page, "For Bill, good friend valued menot "Tight lines, bright waters J. Michael Scott." A very good copy with little wear to the edges and a very slight curve at the front board. Clean and unmarked, tight as if unread. Dustjacket is also very good - bright and attractive with one small knick at the top of the front panel. 428 pp., indexed, charts, graphs and some photos. A beautiful book.

California: Tuck Box, 1977. staplebound. Good. Oblong folio, staple-bound paperback in good-only condition. Brown illustrated paper covers with two hefty staples, still strong and firm. Wrinkling and bending at the cover corners and spine region, and some minor scuffing. One quarter-sized dark splotch to the rear cover near the upper spine. The interior is clean and unmarked. 38 pp., featuring illustrations of 19 historic homes designed and built by Hugh Comstock in the beautiful coastal town of Carmel by the Sea.

Oregon: Douglas County Museum of History and Natural History, 1986. Spiral_bound. Good. Mildred Thiele. Spiral bound oblong that opens like a calendar. A good copy, but with writing in red and blue ballpoint ink - notes and circling in some pages - heaviest on the mapping pages at front. Previous owner's name to top of front cover. Corners are bumped and some wear to the edges. 68 pp., a listing of all regions where local flora are found in the Douglas County region of Oregon.

Signed and inscribed by the author on the half-title page, "To Margery, another adventurous gal - Dorothy Ballard." Brown cloth hardcover with orange spine lettering in dustjacket, no indication of printing. A very good copy - clean, straight, and well bound. Some speckling ot the text block edges and light soil along the top edge. The dustjacket is not quite as good. Price-clipped, with a creased front flap and chips along the panel edges - still bright and attractive. 246 pp., some black and white photos and sketches from the honeymooners themselves. Written by their daughter, this book tells the story of two newly married artists on the trail to the Pacific Northwest at the turn of the 20th century.

A very good copy with a minor bend to the upper front corner and some red scuffing to the half-title page from the inside cover. A clean and unmarked copy in a solid, flexible binding. 144 pp., indexed, filled with full color photography by Schultz. A nice collector's item.

California: The Jedediah Smith Society, 1999. Revised. Paperback. Very Good. Tan oversized softcover with full color illustration to the front cover. A very good copy of this title. Minor bending at the corners and a bit of dark scuffing spineward at the front cover. The interior is clean, and tight as if unread. The opening 13 pages are text, and the remaining pages are high gloss directory pages describing each monument and where to find it. Fold out map at rear. 80 pp. total.

Hawaii: Published by the author, 1948. Later printing. Paperback. Good. Oversize paperbound music book. "Illustrated Souvenir Collection." The 1948 printing of this popular collection of Hawaiian classics in good condition. Brown stain (cup ring) to the front cover, and binding is cocked forward from use. Binding is solid but lacking tightness. Pages are unmarked. 196 pp., some black and white photos with music for piano, voice, and guitar, includes tablature for ukulele. Oversize - will require additional shipping for international or expedited orders.

A good copy with cover and edgewear, some bumping, most pronounced at the spine ends. First 6 pages (including the autographed page) with a crease to the upper corner. Text clean and unmarked. Binding solid but lacking in tightness - hinges are strong. Unclipped jacket has matching wear to the panel edges and some spots of soil to the light panels. 434 pp, photos at center. Jenkins' account of 18 months traveling Alaska's skies, highways and wildlands.

A good book in a fair to poor jacket. Book: bending at the lower corners and a warp that pulls the back cover down and the front cover up - noticeable at the top corner. Minor soiling and darkening to the light cloth, and some sign of foxing at the text block edges but not carried into the pages. Solid in binding and hinges, but lacking tightness. An unmarked copy, clean endpapers. Dustjacket with original 1.75 price intact. The flaps are in the best condition on this jacket, clean and bright orange with black trees and lettering. The rear panel has a long and jagged tear beginning at the head of the spine and proceeding to the center of the panel. A good copy with pulling and fraying at the head of ths spine and general wear at the spine heel and corner tips. Pages are age-toned and seem fragile though they are completely intact. The binding is tight and solid. The dustjacket is included for completeness but it is in two pieces, torn down the spine, and chipping - tucked in at rear. Unpaginated, interesting woodcut style illustrations from Fay waters. An unusual book from a young ex-Marine.

Full color cover illustration. Minor bending at the corners and some scuffing to the covers. Does not lay quite flat. Clean and unmarked other than the author's inscription. Solid, tight binding. 127 pp., filled with color and black and white photos and illustrations. A beautiful book detailing the history of Alaska's Lake Clark National Park and Preserve.

The dustjacket is also very good with wear at the top panel edges, most pronounced at the folds, and a narrow scuff at the spine panel. 224 pp., a beautiful history of the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. Filled with color and b&w photos, nicely signed by playwright and director Michael Paller.
