Off white back cover has picture of soldier, ship and "The Defenders of the Flag". 1933 Update to Discounts pasted in to pp212 and 213 as instructed. Colors remain bright throughout with no marks. Back cover is detached but present. Upper left corner is loose from cloth and has shadow of bend but is still attached. Contains hundreds of black and white illustrations and a few in color. Older price guide laid in. Top and fore edges show some foxing. Binding has gilt to front cover and spine and shows only minor wear at lower spine. Unclipped DJ, now in Brodart, has a tear at top and wear at bottom of spine with light rubbing and foxing. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 321 pages .
