Lrge 4to (33.5cm). 129 full colour plates of Roberts's work, the much lauded fashion illustrator and stylist. With essays by John Galliano and Manolo Lahnik. Light signs of use only, a very bright copy. Lacks the slipcase.

Illustrated endpapers. pp. 125 with 122 colour photographic plates of shoes designed by Takada between 1967 and 1990. Held her first exhibition at a Ginza art gallery in 1966 since when she became one of the most innovative and stylish shoe designers of the C20th. Unclipped jacket with light edgewear only. Uncommon.

Milano: Edizioni Condé Nast, 1995. First Edition. Boards. Near fine/very good. 4to (32cm). Grey thick card blind embossed boards, black cloth spine. In the fold out unclipped dust jacket. With the facsimile signatures page to front. Unpaginated, but with hundreds of b&w photographic plates, and numerous colour plates. A roster of the leading fashion photographers of the period, from Paolo Roversi, to Bruce Weber, David Bailey, Steven Meisel, Guy Bourdin and many more. A couple of nicks to jacket at head and tail of spine, small bump to base of spine. Jacket has minor handling marks to rear panel. Very minor splashmarks to forward page edges, nothing serious. Still a bright copy, binding firm. Hard to obtain and a classic collection of fashion photography. Text in Italian.

In the dark maroon cloth, black blocked titles to spine, cover. pp. 243. Photo shoots and images by Petronio, and Koller, fashion photographers and designers and co-founders of the the French biannual fashion and culture magazine Self Service. "This volume is an organic gathering, collected over the past 15 years, of the work of Ezra Petronio and Suzanne Koller, partners in the Paris branch of the international design firm, Work in Progress. It features Petronio and Koller's groundbreaking work on their international style magazine, Self-Service, as well as many additional projects with clients, artists and other creative minds." A scarce copy of a now hard to obtain text. Crammed with photos by and of Petronio and Koller shoots and product images. One or two very faint marks to boards, otherwise a tight, very well kept copy.

Otherwise a very clean, intact copy, no loose or torn pages, no marks, binding firm. With the red Queen cover; there were two other colour variants. Scarce now.
