Some wear, nothing terrible. Some price sticker residue on front cover. A large collection of one of my favorite one-panel comic strips. Includes a few comments by the artist. 223 pages, all clean, tight and intact. Owner's name inside front cover.

First edition. Very little wear. I can't call this a "graphic novel" because it is a true story. The author tells, and illustrates, her own personal battle with cancer, with color and humor. I guess it is a "graphic autobiography", something not many of us could pull off. 212 pages, all clean, unmarked and intact.

If you are at all familiar with Dilbert, then you probably have a good idea of Dogbert's management style. This book may not put you in the Fortune 500, but it should cause you great amusement. Here is one example: "When a manager pretends to care, an immediate bond will form with the employee. This bond can be used later to extract extra work for no pay."Book is in great shape with very little wear. Always remember, teamwork is when other people do your work for you.

That said, the fabric doesn't show much wear and seems intact all around. The pages are clean and, for the most part, tight. There are two loose pages, one being an illustration that has been the victim of an errant pencil.
This is a novel written based on a long-running comic strip by the same author, that ran in newspapers (remember those?) from 1923 to 1945. Along with a novel, that strip spun off a movie (in 1931, starring Jackie Cooper), toys, dolls, comic books and a radio series. Among all that, this is the only novel, and this one, as bad as it looks on the outside, is a first edition. It is also rather rare.

I pulled this little book out of a box and thought how cute. Then I saw an ISBN. Didn't know comic books have ISBNs. Looked it up and found that this cute little book is quite rare, with some big prices attached. So here is my copy, with very little wear, clean, tight and unmarked, for a lower price than the other four I found.
