New York, NY The Guilford Press, 1992. Hardcover First Edition [1992]; First Printing indicated. First Edition [1992]; First Printing indicated. Appears to be inscribed and signed by one of the editors, but the signature is difficult to decipher. Near Fine in Fine DJ: Book shows only the former owner's name and date inscribed at the top of the front free endpaper; else flawless (unless the insciption at the title page, which we assume by the tenor of the inscription to be by one of the editors - or perhaps by an author of one of the articles in the text is considered a flaw); the binding is square and secure; the text clean. The DJ is flawless; unclipped; mylar-protected. Virtually 'As New'. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 8vo. xiii, 370 pages. Hardback with DJ.
