Worst is on photographic plates pages, where many glossy pages have adhered together along the lower edge -- the damage here is worst to the margins, but the plates themselves seem to have escaped the worst, but some will show damp damage. Cover has a seal of Vermont with "Freedom and Unity" on front cover. Interior clean and intact with some aging. Pages with some edge stains and damp spots. Engraving is good to very good. "Burlington Female Seminary" has some discoloring. "Vermont Episcopal Institute" is very nice and clean. Other smaller engravings very good as well. Pages in section and non-sequential as they are excerpts from various sections of the original gazetteer. Also includes section on Burlington. Appx. 106 pages.
