Our particular specialities are fine natural history books, atlases & cartography, voyages & discovery, early illustrated books, important books in the history of science and astronomy, fine works from the Kelmscott Press, old engravings and photographs.

Shipping:All of our books are carefully wrapped in protective cardboard & sent in mylar envelopes or cardboard boxes. Standard shipping is done through USPS media mail. We include a signature confirmation for all items priced $100 or more free of charge.

We first opened in 1998, but have had a decades-old interest in old maps, books, and paper, stemming from a comparable long-standing interest in how knowledge is used.
