A copy of this broadside was selected and acquired by the Smithsonian Museum of American History for their contemporary letterpress collection in the Graphic Arts Department. Created by the artist in 1984 for the World Federation of United Nations Association (a fundraising branch of the UN) in celebration of "1984 FAO WORLD FOOD DAY." This lithograph is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the World Federation of United Nations Charities, March 1, 1984. Fine condition. Kingman was a Chinese-American artist at the forefront of the California style school of art. He was especially known for his watercolor landscapes.

Laid in is a slip called This Month. It states that this edition has one dozen etchings by S. Chamberlain, and the prints having been pulled by hand from the original plates. The size of the book is 7 x 10 and there are 504 pages. The type used is Times Roman, possibly for the first time in this country. The paper is called Ragston and was made for this book by the Curtis Paper Company. The binding is of rust-colored legal buckram, stamped in gold. SLIPCASE is green with brown spine and pasteown of title and the number 35. This Slipcase is in Very Good condition. The book itself is very FINE. Tight, unmarked pages.
