Sobstory [with] Stalowa Wola

by Scott, Mr. Andrew M., Esquire, text, vocals and production; Stephen Barkley, vocals. Stalowa Wola, ensemble music

San Francisco: Self-published by the author, 2006. CD_rom w/ pamphlet. 40p., a tiny zine with a tiny CD tucked into a nice black envelope inside rear cover. Slight wrinkles here & there, a touch of dust-soil and smudge to covers, a very good copy. Author Scott identifies as a punk rock type but the music (unheard by us) to judge by titles listed is at least partly traditional. The photos are mostly pedestrian views local to the Bay Area. The Last Florentine Republic

The Last Florentine Republic

by Roth, Cecil

New York: Russell & Russell, 1968. Hardcover. Unpaginated preliminaries (including a short bibliography), 388p., hardbound in green cloth boards and brodart-protected dust jacket. Evidently photo-reproduced, particularly nice work that one could assume to be original presswork; were unbound texts in storage awaiting attention? At any rate, clean, sound and unmarked, an unblemished copy. The R&R dj is odd: it is made of tobacco-brown stock only a rung or two up from kraft wrap, has no decoration, bears...
