Along with the book is the program for the first performance at the EDINBURGH INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF MUSIC AND DRAMA, 22 August - 10 September, 1949, which predates the publication of the book. It contains the cast list, including Alec Guinness and Cathleen Nesbitt. It is in remarkably good condition for such an impermanent item--light edgewear, a couple of pinholes at the top and bottom of the spine, original (?) tape at side. See scans.
