Personally, I loath Mr. Wilson." Newton must have received a discourse on Wilson by Mr. M.P. Klingel, to who he wrote the letter. Newton says he is sending under separate cover this suppressed plate from " Farce" Plate shows Wilson stuffing a mail box with letters to Germany.
