The book comes with a carbon copy of a letter written to Captain Pearse, the author from the Isle of Wight by Lord Jellicoe to whom Pearse dedicated the book thanking him for the honour done. Letter dated 27.12.32. Believe its the Authors name facing the owner's name inscribed on ffep. This is Rear Admiral Robin Dalglish who served in Australia when this book was published there by John Andrew & Co. Foxing to edges of pages. 186 pages. Hardback in good condition with some marks to cover.
