Marbled end-papers.These are Riccardi Press Books printed in the Riccardi Fount on handmade Riccardi paper and issued for the Medici Society by Philip Lee Warner. This set (minus the missing Vol. VII) is no.112 of 500 copies. (The 500 copies seem to include the more common copies in boards as well as the copies in parchment). All volumes were published in 1913 or 1914 and are very good with no ownership inscription and little or no foxing. The missing volume is "An Incarnation of the Snow." I believe these volumes were originally only sold in sets.
