Blue boards are nicely textured cloth with bright gilt lettering on the spines. Decorated end pages. Volume one has a small area at the base of the front board that is soiled. All are illustrated including frontisp[iece with tissue.

The title page and the two next pages have a slight crease on the outside edge. The dust jacket has a faded spine and two tears at the base on the front where the hinges are. The triangle is torn off the rear inside flap.This book is a GOOD ++.

The first half of this book is te "Sixth Year" and has 240 pages; The last part is the "Seventy Year" and also has 240 pages. Both have separate title pages and both are copyright 1897. Clean unmarked pages. Illustrated. Some age toning to the page edges and the tan boards have some foxing type marks on and near the spine mostly.
