Interior is quite good, clean and solid, free of foxing and soil. Binding is still sturdy, though lacking tightness. 100 pp., black and white photos. An impossible to find volume detailing the techniques used in early 20th century Java and Sumatra for tea growth and processing.

This copy does not have the word "Congressional" in the title, perhaps indicating an early edition, although no statement of edition is present.
