The Belgian figurative artist and illustrator, born Nikolaas Mathijs Eekman, was known variously as Nico Eekman, Nic Eekman and Ekma.Number 6 of fifty de luxe copies with two laid-in original dry-point etchings signed and numbered (''Luxe 6/50'') by the artist. The etchings are in his fantasy-allegorical style which has strong echoes of Rackham's.Front cover slightly creased at bottom corner. Very good indeed. The etchings are in fine state.
