Signed and numbered edition of 10 copies. Live on Ink's first publication and the author's first published epic poem. Janey's voice is refreshing and witty; her style reminiscent of the New York School poets. She writes of her time at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, a place for spiritual growth and exploration, yet Janey struggles with not only the angst common to most during our early twenties, but also with her sexuality, addiction, and depression. An insightful debut from an author we expect to hear from again soon.

One of just a few Joans books to be issued by a mainstream publisher, but surprisingly uncommon in the first printing.
