Lake Poets, Kings College and Bloomsbury Group associations. At some point returned to Jermyn Moorsom, as it came from his library. Typewritten letter, Chele Orchard, Ringwood, dated 24th April 1947, signed and addended in black ink to Dr MacPherson. 1pp. 25cm x 20cm. Thanking him for the "parcel of rice, cocoa-nut and ground nuts, which in other days I used to call ful Sudani". With mention of Gold Coast, McMurtrie, Libyan Oases, rice, cocoa-nut, ground nuts, Sudan, the fight against the anopheles mosquito.
