Six tales from the master of the ghost story, plus some nonfiction pieces from James, Jones and others, including a select bibliography. James is still extraordinarily popular, and I expect these to sell quickly.

Atheneum, 1976. Hardback. Near Fine/Near Fine. First edition hardback, Near Fine/Near Fine, with bumping to dj head and light staining to page edges. Weird ass comic novel from two Texas writers.

First edition paperback original, a Near Fine+
copy with ones slight crease to top front corner, and touch of edgewear at heel
and bottom rear cover, otherwise a nice, tight, square copy. Second novel based
on the Gabriel Knight video game series, and by far the hardest to find.

Trade paperback original first edition, Fine-, with the usual darkening of
the white spine and back cover. A very nice copy of Jeter's masterpiece,
and perhaps the most structurally ambitious SF novel ever published.
Highly recommended.

First U.S. edition (the UK Morrigan edition precedes) hardback, a Fine- copy with slight
bend at head and heel in a Near Fine+ dust jacket with slight wear along flap folds and slight edgewear at head, heel and points. Inscribed by Jeter: "To Fred -/Thanks for all the/favors & friendship/over the years -/K.W. Jeter." Fred Duarte was co-chair of Armadillocon 10, at which Jeter was Guest of Honor. Associational copy. $20.

First edition paperback original (PBO), a Very Good copy with two spine creases and moderate foxing to inside covers (including a white strip to rear where a bookmark was laid in) anda few other touches of wear. Firsts have gotten harder to find following the success of The Mandalorian.

First edition hardback, a Near Fine+ copy with a touch of dust soiling (and tiny paper flash line) to top page block edge, a few short phantom creases to front free endpaper, and a small lump (binding flaw) to inside front cover, in a Fine dust jacket. National Book Award winner.

First edition hardback, a Fine- copy (the corner of the inside front cover endpaper appears to have been slightly misglued during binding, leaving a very small ridge underneath it, though it's entirely invisible under the dust jacket flap), in a Fine dust jacket, new and unread. A career retrospective collection by this British slipstream/fantasy writer who died entirely too young. introduction by Owen King.
