These volumes were first published in 1887, and reissued after the Mermaid Series was aquired by T. Fisher Unwin publishers in 1894. Publication date not indicated, but could be as late as 1920. The title blocks on the spines are considerably more soiled and darkened than the ones on the front covers. Shelf wear and rubbing to top and bottom of spine on both copies.
