(p. 256: "She will be a super-model, but the girl in her will be like the girl in you--quite ordinary, but ambitious and eager for personal development.") Author was connected to Barbizon School of Modeling in New York. Only one other listing of this book has been noted on bookseller sites.

Mumford (1895-1990) was an American historian, sociologist and literary critic. His sixth book, a beautiful copy of this scarce first edition.
