This book was stored with a brown paper cover over it, which allowed the covers to remain in Very Good Condition, but the covers were pasted onto the inside portion of the covers, leaving a residue and portions of the paper. Church library bookplate inside cover. Small label inside the back cover for Henry K. Van Siclen, Bibliopole, 95 Fifth Avenue, N.Y. Book has a slight lean from being improperly shelved, front free endpaper coming loose, foxing.

The front cover is detached, covers show edge/corner wear, interior in Very Good Condition, with binding tight. No musical notations.
