Produced in honor of readings at the Center by established and emerging poets throughout the year. Portfolio measures 13 x 15" and closes as do shutters with turquoise ribbon looped through the covers and meeting in the middle for fastening with pale-green title card printed in red and turquoise attached. As well as with black-and-white portraits of players, teams and games (mostly baseball). Cloth at spine ends a bit frayed, corners lightly rubbed, rear endpaper repaired at hinge, otherwise very good. An attractive copy.

Off-white, stapled paperwraps printed in black and red; 17 pages. About very good with covers a little rumpled and few small tears. Quite scarce. OCLC locates only 2 copies.

(DuBois, PA: Self-published, 1927). First edition. Over 50 songs compiled by Parry and Gray, "members of the class of 1925." Most are attributed to women from various years at the college and, as Parry and Gray note in their preface, were not approved by "the college board of censors, but ... [are presented here nonetheless] without alteration, and as they will be remembered by Wilson girls." Wilson College, founded in 1869, is a private college in Chambersburg PA named for its first major donor, Sarah Wilson. It operated as an all-women's college up until 2013 when it became co-educational. 4to blue simulated-leather flexible boards with blue "marbled" endpapers; 96 pp. plus index. Illustrated with 9 full-plate black-and-white photographs of the college and environs, with one preceding each of the 8 sections of songs plus one at front of Pauline Bachman to whom the book is dedicated. Pages a little darkened with age otherwise near fine.

INSCRIBED, "To Mrs. Lucy A Willard, with the love and kind remembrance of T. W. Parsons October 1854." Top quarter-inch of spine worn away and a few soiled spots, otherwise a very good to fine, tight, square copy.

Still, bright copy which contains a photograph of original cast, which included [James] Earl Jones, Richard Basehart and Anne Burr. The play was made into a movie in 1949 (with Ronald Reagan) and was revived on Broadway in 1984.
