Description:
Confiteria Y Reposteria is the famous classic cookbook of Spain by the Marquesa de Parabere (1877-1949) who was of Basque origin. It was first published in 1930. This is the 11th Edition published in 1964. Spanish language. There are hundreds of dessert & beverage recipes and many regional recipes in the book.
Book Condition: Good-. Five pages have a 1" horizontal "papercut" which does not affect the text. Pages have yellowed but are not brittle.
Book includes: Author's Preface to the 3rd Edition; Para Mis Lectores (To My Readers); Chapter I explains how the equipment noted in the book is used; Recipes; Indice General; Indice Alfabetico. Nine color illustrations by Pisarin & many black & white line drawings.
