(correct dust wrapper blurbs on back panel and list of books on back flap of dj, correct Random House address). DJ condition good except for chipping on corners and top and bottom edges, slight wearing along edges and spine, rubbing and nicks and surface scratches. A Beginner Book, illustrated in color and one of Seuss' most famous books. Scarce in the true 1st ed. DJ flap price reads 195/195.

Very good unclipped dust jacket with edge and spine end wear. Small paper loss at top of spine. Interior clean, bright and unmarked with light age toning to eps. Tip of one page improperly trimmed. Illustrated by Tibor Gergely who fled the Nazis for New York, where he illustrated one million Golden Books, plus two Important Wartime Lesson stories.

A hard covered booklet of advice, prayers, quotes, and instruction, including the actual certificate signed by the bride and the groom. All other pages clean and unmarked. A good specimen with moderate shelf wear, exterior soiling and stains, hinges cracked but secure, light age toning to the endpapers.

Very good condition internally, very little reading wear, all of the pages are browned but this is probably due to quality of paper. A surprisingly good condition volume.

Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and age soiling.
