Published in an edition of 450 copies, of which 300 were numbered and put on sale (this copy is number 270). Illustrated throughout, with twenty-two tipped-in prints and reproductions (including several one- and two-color wood and linoleum cuts), and color pictorial linocut cover by Pieter Mijer.
