This interesting book was prepared in 1942 (December 1941 is a specific date on one entry) as a publication to aid in Civilian Defense in wartime. The emphasis seems to be on various types of aerial attacks and civilian defense mobilisation and training. The specific "textbooks" were compiled and bound into one volume titled "Textbooks."
