30 day return guarantee, with full refund including original shipping costs for up to 30 days after delivery if an item arrives misdescribed or damaged.Orders usually ship within 2 business days. All books are packed carefully and protective in special book cartons. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 500 GR - 2 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. For books under 250 GR shipping costs are lower. Please note that priority mail is the only option, standard mail has been cancelled by the Dutch Postal Services on March 1, 2010.
