There is a short inscription from "Mother" dated "Sept 12 1939" inside the front cover. No otherwriting or marks in the book. Inside text appears to have had very little use! Outside pictorial covers show some minor wear to the outside corners and edges. This is the original from 1938 and not a reprint. Book is 85 years old! How is that possible! Narrative on one side of the page with the pictures on the page facing or narrative under the pictures. Great Find!
