It has brown end papers and bright, clear pages bound illustrated with black & white drawings in flexible, green, leatherette embossed with titles on the front and logo on the rear. It is undated, but they stopped publishing under this name in 1923. It's a bit age darkened and lightly rubbed. There's an open tear on first page "Disillusioned".

The stapled, outer wraps have some light soil, are split to about halfway, have a faint stain and a small chip from the lower corner. They have been signed by J. W. Wolcott, the proprietor of The Vendome. It is illustrated with marvelous black & white drawings of the area at the time. There is an ad for The Vendome on the rear including the words "it is thoroughly fire-proof", a poignant phrase for people from the Boston area.

The booklet has tan wraps with brown titles on the front, the binding is a piece of yarn. The edges are a bit rubbed.
