Wilbur's first collection of poetry, with inscription by him on the front free endpaper, “To the fine Hines / with love / Dick Wilbur / North Caldwell June 1948”; as North Caldwell was his hometown, one might speculate that Hines was an old friend. Uncommon, signed first book by this decorated American poet and translator--in addition to numerous other honors, Wilbur was the winner of two Pulitzer Prizes as well as the National Book Award. Signed.

Despite the fairly large limitation, this remains quite an uncommon title with photographs and essays on some of the most remarkable items held by the Church History Library. Signed
