Biggles & Co. magazine A limited edition mug sold by the (now long defunct) 'Biggles & Co.' quarterly magazine sometime in the 1990s. It celebrates the life of Captain W.E. Johns, creator of the 'Biggles' series of boys' adventure novels. The mug is (air force?) blue and depicts a biplane with 'Biggles & Co. Quarterly Magazine' text on one side, and 'Capt. W. E. Johns, 1893-1968, Creator of Biggles, Steeley, Worrals and Gimlet' on the other. In Fine, mint condition, in its original styrofoam shipping box. Will look nice on the shelf next to your Biggles books! Very scarce: I cannot find another one of these for sale anywhere..

Biggles Flies Again magazine, 1999. A limited edition full colour poster celebrating Biggles' 100th birthday. This was given out by 'Biggles Flies Again' magazine to their subscribers in July 1999. The poster is 30 cm. x 21 cm. and depicts a uniformed Biggles with a glass in his hand and a birthday cake in front of him, with the various characters from the stories standing in the background (including von Stalhein!). In Fine, mint condition and suitable for framing. Very scarce: these posters, of which there were probably only a couple of hundred produced, appear to have disappeared off the face of the planet. We cannot find another copy for sale anywhere. Once this one is gone, it's gone!. Illus. by Andrew Skilleter.
