Edwards and Co. on February 18th and 19th, 1867 at the address of 780 Driggs Avenue, Brooklyn, New York. 780 Driggs Avenue was evidently what we would refer to today as a jinxed location. *780 Driggs Avenue, or Odeon Hall, was built in 1852 by Alfred and Henry Kemp, right in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. In 1862 records show a James Pilgrim, author, actor and manager as the owner. By 1866 the hall became, after extensive renovation, "Seaver's Opera House".
