bought three copies at the same time, opened one, and it was a first
printing. The edition is still available from the Folio Society but

Glass and Amber by C.J. Cherry Hardcover First Edition - First Printing - Numbered Trade State Nesfa 1987. 1/1000 numbered copies, #376 (the first 225 were signed and slipcased) This is one of un-slipcased copies (no. 376 of 1000), Fine in Very Good Dust Jacket, the book itself in yellow cloth is fine, however the dust jacket is not perfect. Has a long 1.5" slit to the upper left-hand front corner, and rubbing and edgewear in other places. Still very difficult to find and this example would make a perfect reading copy. Typically runs $125+ in a better dust jacket. My last copy in better dust jacket sold for $135.

Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn Hardcover First Edition - First Printing Crown 2012. number-line down to "1" on copyright page and $25.00 cover price. Very Good+ in Fine Dust Jacket. A really nice copy of the first printing, with the following shortcomings: about 5 pages in the middle have the remnants of having been damp at some point, slightly wavy, and there's a small hint of a blemish to the bottom of the text block edge, else a really nice copy with straight corners etc. Would work perfectly as a nice first edition reading copy, hence the price. In near perfect condition, many dealers are already asking $100+ for this book in the first printing.NOTE: All modern books with dust jackets come with dust jacket covers.

to the lower corner of the first few pages, almost imperceptible. The
dust jacket appears perfect, NO tears, etc. Priced to sell.

Features alternative dust jacket artwork by Melvin Grant (different from the US edition) and also a large illustration of the Dark One on the end-papers. Near Fine+ in Near Fine Dust Jacket. An outwardly nice nice copy, some shelf-wear and it shows slight signs of having been read but not too extensive. Some natural aging to the text-block bit very little toning as is common with UK editions. A bit of shelf-wear to the top of the spine and at the corners. The dust jacket is near fine+/fine-, and completely intact. It would have been near perfect save some staining to the upper back (not seen on the front), probably from impressing from the upper spine, and nicks to corners, and a tiny slit to the bottom front, else still a great copy, better than it sounds, and the only copy available as of this writing.

Lot of both the Numbered Signed-Limited and Edition with illustrations by Clive plus the first UK trade edition also signed by Clive! Both books, one price!
The Great and Secret Show by Clive Barker (author of the Books of Blood, The Hell-Bound Heart (aka Hellraiser), Imagica, Abarat, etc) Leather Hardcover Signed-Limited Issue in Tray Case without dust jacket as issued London: Collins UK, 1989. 1/500 numbered copies signed on a limitation page by Clive, this is copy no. 278. The book is in leather covers with gold gilt titles and gold gilt text-block, and the leather tray case has a velvet lining. This also includes B&W illustrations by Clive, the only edition to do so. In my opinion one of the best productions among Clive's Signed-Limited Editions. (Simultaneous trade editions by Harper and Row US, and later released by Gauntlet Press) Fine in Near Fine+/Fine- tray case, with a few scuffs to one edge, still an exceptional copy which is very difficult to find.
