The book is in new condition. It contains single page (many full page) illustrations of EACH GOYA ETCHING, AQUATINT AND LITHOGRAPH. Dj would be in new condition except for some very slight wrinkling on front and back Dj cover. Includes a 32 page essay by Goya scholar E. L. fararri.

We believe this is a first edition and probably first printing by Harper & Brothers. Date given on publication page is 1913 "D - B" appears below. The book is ex-library but in remarkably good condition. We could not find any markings except the library stamp on the bottom of the Table of Contents page, stamp and pouch on the last endpaper, the library catalogue number inked in on the spine and top of the inside cover, Outlines of a paper clip on the two back endpapers, a name neatly inked at the top of the first endpaper and some markings on the inside back cover. The Cover has a tear and severe chipping at the top of the spine, but otherwise fairly light shelf wear. Pages and illustrations are clean and clear without foxing and almost no age toning or soiling. A handsome book despite its past.There are a few dozen full page illustrations - a few in color, and innumerable small illustrations. They have a wood cut quality. High quality, thick pages.

True first edition, third or fourth printing. In excellent condition. Tight binding. Light scuffing on front cover. Miniscule shelf wear. Dedication page has two very small tears along top edge of page. We could not find any other faults. No other tears, marks or foxing.

Later "Library" edition of book first published in 1895. Cover has has some discoloration on bottom front and back covers and inside cover and adjacent page are shadowed; otherwise in very good condition. There is a water stain at bottom front of the pages throughout the first 120 or so pages. Otherwise the pages (on good quality deckled paper) are in excellent condition. This book has probably never been read as the pages have not been separated at the top. There are no marks, tears, bookplates, etc.

Pamphlet size book. Pages not numbered. Author's signature and date on first title page appear to be genuine About 20 B&W photos of Man Ray and related items. No dj. In excellent condition except for a smal bend at bottom of front cover.

This is a first edition by the Dobsevage publishers. It is a later printing of the book originally published by Putnam Sons in London at the turn of the century. The text pages are in very good condition, with light toning at the edges. All pages are clear, clean and without marks or tears or folds. The cover has light wear at corners and top and bottom of spine. There is Talmud printed in small white paint at the bottom of the spine.

Very rare first American edition, first printing of this seminal work, in excellent condition. Condition faults: some wear at the top and bottom of the spine and light toning on the inside covers and adjacent flyleaf pages. Otherwise, the book is like new. No dj.
