The first secondary school to be chartered by the New York State Regents, Erasmus Hall counted among its many famous alumni Elaine DeKooning, Neil Diamond, Bobby Fischer, Lainie Kazan, Roger Kahn, Bernard Malamud, Beverly Sills, Robert Silverberg, Mickey Spillane, Barbara Stanwyck, Barbara Streisand, Eli Wallach, and Mae West. The five photographs have been printed by the photographer; each is signed and numbered on the mount, below the image.
