Radio Station WWVA, Wheeling WVa, 1944. Paperwraps in tan cardstock, 9 in.; not page-numbered, but 10 pages including two full-page photos and lyrics to 16 songs. Toby was about 23 years old when he and his "Wyoming Ranch Boys" became regulars on WWVA. He later made records on either guitar or fiddle. A very scarce book, none in libraries, here marked down severely because of the flaw. . Condition Fair; would be clean and good, but an attempt to tear at middle of front cover resulted in a surface-pull tear loss to part of the photo of Toby and his guitar that face the cover, about 1.5 in. wide by nearly 1/4 in. high.
