Fine in Near Fine - jacket is price-clipped and has minimal edge wear. 'The desert adventures of a royal youth and a lion, and treachery in a contemporary European land.' Classic Canaveral 60s reprint of the extremely rare 1938 edition - the blurb on rear cover talks of originals fetching $65 in 1964 money!

Chapbook, 22 x 14 cm, pictorial wraps ( Fielding Dawson drawing of Charles Olson at Black Mountain) contain a single sheet of Dawson's letter written at 18 years of age after first week at school. In Very Good condition - some wear and tanning along spine/ Fielding Dawson was an important member of both the Beat Generation and of the Black Mountain Poets.
