Inscription in black ink, someone else wrote a few words in blue ink under inscription. The red covers are in very good condition with minor bumping/rolling on top and bottom of spine and corners. There are smudges, scuff marks, and sticker residue on both front and back covers. The title and author on paper label on the spine. Label is frayed but still readable. The binding is solid. The interior of this book is in very good condition. The pages are clean and bright. Aside from the writing on half title page, there is no other writing, markings, or foxing detected in the book. Rear endpapers uncut. Frontis opposite title page is a photograph of the author.
