Mostly light waterstaining in top margin in all volumes. Ownership stamp (an oval containing a crown beneath which are the letters "P. S."). Occasional, foxing, browning or wear but overall a nice clean set, lacking two of the 84 plates, all of which are hand colored in this set. The two missing plates faced page 169 in Volume IV (Tome Quatrieme) and page 250 in Volume VI (Tome Sixieme). French text. An appealing set.
