This magazine is published 6 times a year in February, April, June, August, October, and December and all these issues for 1999 are included. There is some page creasing in some of the issues and a closed tear at the bottom right corner of February. Each issue has a page explaining how to use the guide and describes the 6 conditions that an old car can be in. You can then look up your car and see the value for each condition. The mailing sticker on each guide that was on the front cover has been removed leaving some residue or damage there.

This is a Lutheran sunday school teacher's guide for grade 8. There is some scratching on rear cover. No writing, no marks, no page creasing.

Right edge of front cover and corners bumped. Spine sunned. There is a General Map pasted to the inside front cover illustrating Old Testament Narratives. Hinge is starting to loosen between page 2/3. No writing and no page creasing. There is a slight water stain comming up from the bottom in the last 20 pages. This book was a prior school book and has a school ink(sign out) stamp in inside rear cover. Total pages 400.

Small tear in the cloth at front cover at the top. Cover is dirty. Page edges very browned. 381 pages. Back cover near separated from rest of book. Back cover evidently was in a damp location and has some mold and a musty smell. Mold continues into about the last 40 pages getting better as you get closer to the center of book. There is also a stain at middle of inner hinge in the last 50 pages. There is four drawings of Frederic Remington "The War Whoop" adjacent to title page, "The Guide" on page 10, "Old Smoke" on page 88 and "The Trapper" on page 158. Those 4 pages are in good condition. Cover corners are bumped.

Entirely New Edition per the title page published in 1871. Small size book: 4 1/2 inches wide 6 13/16 inches high and 3/4 inches thick. Total pages 194. Spine is worn and shows a lighter brown color there. Wear and small tears at top and bottom of spine. Calculation in pencil to 1st free end page. Binding starting to come loose. The front and back pastedowns and adjacent pages are browned. At one time a sheet of paper must have been placed at the title page which caused the title page to brown there and has a brown edge(see picture). No writing thru rest of book. some page creasing at upper corners. Interesting explanations of calculations that were relevant at that time such as Measurement of Wood, Hay, Corn on the Cob, and rules for determining the weight of live cattle.

Volume 12 of the series. Some of the 48 articles in this volume are Cuba, Ecology, Hula Hoop, John F. Kennedy, Peace Corps, Stock Market, Vietnam, Watergate, Woodstock, Richard Nixon, Berlin Wall, and C.I.A. Slight rubbing to spine edge. Contains many full and double page fresh new illustrations.
