A good copy with scuffing to the front edge of the front cover, minor wear to the cover edges and corners, and a small crinkle to the bottom edge of the book. Inside, the pages are clean and bright, unmarked and well bound. 57 pp., full color representations of the lithographs being advertised. Moss' etchings and artworks focus on northeastern scenery and folk-art style representations of the Amish and Mennonite cultures.

Minor shelfwear to the edges and a scuff to the upper rear cover, otherwise a clean, tight unmarked copy. Dustjacket with light ruffling at the top edge and a bit of speckling to the top corner of the front panel - bright and attractive. 199pp., black and white photos throughout. Indexed and containing a Money family tree diagram. A fascinating look at the Money families adventures in the rubber industry during the hay-day of the British Empire.

Wisconsin: Whitman Publishing Company, 1937. Paperback. Fair. Original card covers, 1937. Fair only condition - all pages present and legible - the bottom corner of page 37 is torn off, well below the end of the text. Small notations to the top of the front cover and the title page. Some pages have been colored in crayon - others are untouched. No bleed-through on pages that have been colored. There is soil to the covers and to some of the pages, and the low-quality paper is age-toned but no brittle. General edge-wear - it is showing it's age and use - but intact, spine solid and Eugene (the jungle pet) is adorable. 71 pp., tri-tone and quad-tone illustrations (except where enhanced with crayon).

New Mexico: Little Standing Spruce Publishing, 2012. Hardcover. Very Good. Heavy black cloth hardcover, no jacket as issued. A very good copy - clean, tight and square. Some scuffing and dusting to the black cloth appears to be the only flaw. 319 pp., filled with color and b/w photos. An examination of Velarde and her work, originally part of a 3 volume set form the publisher featuring New Mexico's native female artists.

Nebraska: University of Nebraska Press, 2008. Hardcover. Good/good. Signed and inscribed by the author on the front free-endpaper, "9-11-09 To Yvonne - Fairwinds - Sharon Sites Adams." A good copy but with bumping to the lower corners of the boards and a bit of scuffing to the front cover. The interior is clean and unmarked, solid as if unread. The dustjacket is about good but with hard bumps to the upper corners and folds, minor scuffing, still bright. 193 pp., some black and white photos, glossary. Adams tale of sailing alone across the Pacific.

New York: Harper, 2015. First edition. Hardcover. Good/very good. Signed without inscription on a special page bound in by the publisher. Blue and black hardcover 1st edition in dustjacket. Good only condition, with wear to the edges, some bumping at the corners, and a visible crease to the spine column from being read. Interior is clean and unmarked and the binding and hinges are solid although lacking tightness. The unclipped jacket is much better - very good with minor wear to the corners and folds - bright. 492 pp., indexed, a geological, political and social history of the Pacific Ocean.

Italy: Editor Velar, 1986. Hardcover. Good/good. Oversize hardcover with gilt titles in dustjacket, no indication of printing. A good copy, but with bumping to the lower corners and wear at the spine tips. Binding and hinges are solid though lacking tightness. Previous owner's inscription to the top of the title page appears to be the only marking. Dustjacket is also in good condition, with wear and crinkling at the tips of the spine panel, and general shelfwear around the panel edges. Still bright and attractive. 177 pp., filled with photos, text in English. A biography of Padre Pio, by one of Italy's most popular television commentators.

Oregon: Brol X Press, 2005. Hardcover. Very Good. Oblong oversized hardcover lacking dustjacket - colorful covers, no statement of edition. Signed without inscription by the author on the title page A very good copy, clean, tight and unmarked with minor wear to the covers and a scuff/scrape along the top of the front cover. 96 pp., filled with the artist's landscapes painted along the Columbia River Gorge, along the Lewis and Clark trail.

Utah: Celtic Heritage Research, 1987. Paperback. Fair. White paperback in fair to good condition. Front corner is creased and scuffed. Wear and rubbing to the cover edges and a 1 inch tear to the front edge of the rear cover. The rear index pages are intact, but bent (most likely from the book being dropped at some point). The interior is much better, clean and unmarked in a solid binding. 648 pp., with an index of names and an index of denominations. From the introduction, "An individual or family may be traced to a particular parish, but their names do not appear in the records of the Established Church. Rather, they can only be found in the records of one of the nonconformist chapels in the area." A useful genealogical guide for Welsh family research.

Nabu Press, 2010. Reprint. Paperback. Very Good. Trade paperback, oversize a Nabu public domain reprint - appears to be an electronically scanned copy of the New York Public Library's holding of the 1913 S.J. Clarke edition. The title page indicates "Volume I" though there is no volume statement on the cover. As is true with many of these scanned replicas, some of the pages are hard to read and the scanning is unclear. A very good copy with wear at the edges and light bending at the corners. Binding is solid with no creases or wide-open sections. Marked at 354 pp. - a solid history of the various townships and the original native peoples - typically poor scan quality, but the original is near impossible to find.

Chicago: Pioneer Publishing Company, 1915. First edition. Hardcover. Good. Hardbound with leather spine and tips, green boards. No jacket as issued. Volume 1 only of a 2 volume history. Leather heavily rubbed at the corners and joints and worn through to boards at the bottom corners. Long narrow scuff across the front board visible in the photo. Marbled text edges and endpapers. Hinges are solid, but some looseness at the gatherings near the center and final section. All pages intact and still bound in. Previous owner's sticker to the front pastedown, otherwise an unmarked copy. 328 pp., some black and white photo plates. A fascinating local history with chapters on aboriginal inhabitants, public buildings, township histories and church histories. Scarce in its original format.

New York: Association Press, 1912. Paperback. Fair. Black imitation leather binding with gilt titles. A fair copy with the spine covering coming loose along the whole of the front joint. Wear at the corner tips and light soiling to the covers. The interior is much better, clean, solid and unmarked. 235 pp., a devotional book originally put out by the YMCA board.

Oklahoma: published by the author, 1974. Staplebound Wraps. Good. Paper covers, staple-bound at the left edge. A good copy, but with age toning to the covers and a scar from a sticker removal to the bottom of the front cover. Some chipping at the cover edges. Staples are solid and all pages firmly attached. 11 pp., black and white illustrations of children in old-fashioned clothing. An oblong softcover collection of original drawings by the author.

Montana: Montana Historical Society Press, 2015. First printing. Hardcover. Near Fine/very good. Tan cloth hardcover with brown spine lettering, in dustjacket. First printing. A near fine copy with the only noticeable flaws being minor shelf-wear to the top corners and spine tips. Internally clean and tight, as if unread. The dustjacket is very good but with some matching bumping to the upper corners and minor scuffing to the panels. 248 pp., indexed, black and white photos throughout. Difficult to find in hardcover.

No statement of edition, but this book was limited to one pressing for a promotion by the publisher and should be called a first edition. A good plus copy with minor edgewear, some bending at the tips of the spine column and bottom corners. Short tear to the top of the first 2 pages, jointward. About 80 pages of Danny Clinch's excellent concert photography, interspersed with quotes by Perry Farrell of Jane's Addiction.

Interior is clean, tight and unmarked other than the author's inscription. 163 pp., some black and white photos. A detailed family history from this Oregon author.

A good book in a fair to poor jacket. Book: bending at the lower corners and a warp that pulls the back cover down and the front cover up - noticeable at the top corner. Minor soiling and darkening to the light cloth, and some sign of foxing at the text block edges but not carried into the pages. Solid in binding and hinges, but lacking tightness. An unmarked copy, clean endpapers. Dustjacket with original 1.75 price intact. The flaps are in the best condition on this jacket, clean and bright orange with black trees and lettering. The rear panel has a long and jagged tear beginning at the head of the spine and proceeding to the center of the panel. Interior clean and unmarked other than the author's signature. 230 pp., adverts at rear, read ribbon bound in. The story of the collapse of the North American passenger pigeon population.

Lisbon: Fundacao Calouste Gulbenkian, 1983. Paperback. Good. Square paperbound exhibition catalog. Text in Portuguese. This copy is in good condition, but with wear at the cover edges and some scuffing to the covers. Interior is clean and unmarked in a solid binding. Unpaginated, roughly 50 pages. Although 162 murals are itemized in the catalog, regrettably there are only a few representations of the murals, mostly in black and white. Still an interesting catalog, and the cover photo is really cool.
