Each pamphlet: Ephemera small quarto, stapled, very good condition, black & white text-photos, light toning pages, staples lightly rusted, covers little scuffed & rubbed, some colour loss rear cover (x1), some edgewear. 44 + 48 + 106 pp. These three staff journals combine the Orient Line and P & O Orient newsletters. Two were published Summer and Autumn 1960 (nos 1 & 2), and the third (no 8) was published in Summer 1962. No. 1 has a chart explaining the P & O and Orient Line amalgamation, and the management of the various departments. There are interesting stories and photos from most parts of the world in each newsletter.

Each 12 pp. These three newsletters for P & O staff were for staff circulation only. Two were published in November 1963 (no. 56) and December 1963 (no. 57), and the third in January 1964 (no. 58) contains the story of their new building. There are interesting stories and photos from most parts of the world in each newsletter. (Biro annotation front cover corrects missing digit in newsletter number.).

Paperback large quarto, very good condition, card cover (stapled), black & white text-photos (some full-page), adverts, large crease top corner rear cover, minor edgewear. 32 pp. Playbill or souvenir brochure for this classic Pulitzer Prize winning musical, noted as starting a national tour by opening at the Footbridge Theatre, Sydney, January 1993. Staged by David Atkins, Graeme Blundell and Nigel Triffitt. Originally written by James Rado, Gerome Ragni and Galt MacDermot in New York in the 1960s.

N/A pp. Picture of two men on ice skates, one standing behind a sign stating "Ice Not Safe". Ernest Aris (1882 - 1963) was a prolific English illustrator of children's books, particularly for Beatrix Potter. He also did commercial art for postcards etc.

N/A pp. Two postcards of South Australian scenes, by Prests, the retail store. One card has a scene of Mount Remarkable looking west - the snowstorm of 1939. The other card has a scene of the town of Melrose looking east from the Monument on Mount Remarkable. (Estimated date, late 1930s or early 1940s.).

London: Medici Society Ltd, 1963. Reprint ed.. Postcard oblong, brown & cream picture, some light toning, no written text on rear side, one corner tip little creased, minor edgewear. N/A pp. The date 1502 is printed under the Hare. Albrecht Durer (1471 - 1528), born in Nuremberg., was probably the greatest painter of the German School. Worked in Venice for two years with Giorgione and Titian. Famous not only for paintings but also for his engravings, woodcuts and drawings. This postcard has been published in London. (Estimated date, 1963, other listings.).

N/A pp. Postcard with colour photo Sturt's desert pea. This beautiful card is very lifelike with the Sturt peas growing in the bush, with other native plants in the background.

City Not Stated: Andrew McGlashan, 1920. Postcard oblong, very good condition, sepia (brown-tinted) real photo, printed text & rubber stamp reverse side, no writing, minor edgewear. N/a pp. This postcard depicts a ramshackle bush home, with a couple posing near the doorway. The rubber stamp "A. McGlashan" is on the reverse side. The stamp box contains the letter "K" superimposed on the letters "Ltd" [Kodak]. Andrew McGlashan (1811 - 1877) was a Scottish photographer who visited Australia in 1854 to 1857. However, Kodak was founded in 1888, so the current card is a later reproduction. A connection with Australia has not been established. (Estimated date, 1920s.).

The 1d pink New South Wales postage stamp has the date 28.Jan.07 Sydney stamped on it.
