Quite tight volume with excellent illustrations. Interior gently age-toned but very clean, clear, and unfoxed. Attractive ink presentation to a six-year old granddaughter on free front endpaper. Cover is slightly rubbed and soiled with a couple of light spots; bruised lower right corner. BAL binding variant (plain endpapers and reddish edges). English printing precedes the American, though both were printed and bound in Great Britain.
