Spiral-bound. Fair. The date (1970) is a guess. The book itself contains no date. This well-worn copy has spent a good deal of time open in the kitchen. Interesting old cookbook with no date. Illustrations and charts scattered throughout. Spiral bound pictorial cover is somewhat soiled and has a 1 inch tear at bottom front. Cover edges are worn. Pages are tanned with age and dividers are wrinkled.
