New York: Carlton & Porter, 1865. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Very Good-/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. This book is clen, tight, square with pretty good corner (although through at the tips) and internally unmarked, but there is a faint 1867, pencil name and some pencil scribbles on the end papers. It is lightly rubbed. It has dark brown end papers and its red edged pages are bright and clear and bound in brown cloth covered blind stamped boards with gold titles on the front. The Psalms are 240 pages, The Rituals and General Rules of the Methodist Episcopal Church are 56 pages. The rituals are Ministration of Baptism, Receiving Persons into the Church After Probation, and the Lord's Supper.

Austin, TX: Steck-Vaughn Company, 1965. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good+. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. These six books are basically in fine condition, one or two are lightly rubbed at the base of the spine, all are clean, tight, square with sharp corners and unmarked. The dust jacket are equally fine, but all have been clipped and a new price ($3.65) penciled in below the clip, are darkened at the spine and have some minimal rubbing at the edge. The boards are covered in red cloth with silver titles on the spine. They are extensively illustrated with black & white drawings and maps. The have 218, 214, 270, 208, 293, and 247 pages respectively. They are boxed in a very good black slip case that is lightly rubbed.

The spine has 5 raised bands and gilt tooled panels with gilt titles in a brown and a black box. the boards are red marbled paper. It is lightly rubbed mainly at the edges and has 473, bright, minimally toned pages illustrated with tissue guarded, black & white plates before the title page. There is a book plate on a front flyleaf.
