This is a facsimile edition of the first edition published in 1911. The tan covers covers are in very good plus condition. There is minor bumping on the corners. The author and title are in green on the front cover and spine. The front cover also features two brown golf sketches. The slipcase is in very good condition with a couple of small dents but no significant markings or staining on it. The binding is solid; there is a little separation between the spine and binding at the top of the spine. The interior is in very good plus to near fine condition. All pages are clean and bright with no writing or markings. The books appear to be unread. This is a nice, collectible copy.
